House Armed Services Committee 

The House Armed Services Committee (HASC) is responsible for funding and oversight of the Department of Defense, the United States Armed Forces and parts of the Department of Energy. The primary legislative product of HASC is the annual National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which sets the budget and expenditures for the for the DoD.
