Congressman Mike Turner (OH-10) released the following statement on the passing of Otto Warmbier:

"I am deeply saddened to hear of Otto Warmbier's passing. Otto was a young man with a bright future. His life was taken too soon by the abusive and repressive regime in North Korea, a threat to our country we will continue to fight. Otto's family remains in my thoughts and prayers, as they have been throughout this harrowing journey."
