TURNER: Trusting Iran is Naive and Reckless

Congressman Turner released the following statement amid reports Iran will be able to use its own inspectors to investigate alleged nuclear development site.

"If these reports are indeed true we cannot continue to hope Iran will follow the agreement the Administration blindly supports. The Parchin agreement between the IAEA and Iran must be made public. Iran's past actions are evidence enough that we cannot expect them to follow through on this agreement in good faith."

Congressman Turner was one of the first House Republicans to denounce the nuclear deal. He is a senior member on the House Armed Services Committee and serves on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
