We are able to provide assistance in visiting many of Washington's most famous landmarks. For instance, since the beginning of 2008, my office has helped nearly 300 constituents of the Third Congressional District of Ohio in touring the White House and the Capitol Building.

Serving as a United States Congressman offers me the privilege of nominating a small number of young people from the Third Congressional District of Ohio for admission to the United States military service academies. On Saturday, April 19th, my office will hold a special Military Academy Day for high school juniors, underclassmen, and their families. Recently, President Bush submitted the Fiscal Year 2009 Budget to Congress for consideration. This budget, the final one President Bush will deliver, provides direction for over three trillion dollars in federal spending. It covers virtually every aspect of the federal government. The Third District of Ohio has a very diverse and varied constituency with concerns ranging from agriculture to Veterans' Affairs.
