Congressman Turner released the following statement after Secretary of State John Kerry addressed the Iran Nuclear Deal.

“Secretary Kerry negotiated a deal with Iran based on what they would give us, not what we need as a secure global community. If we look to Iran’s history and recent actions, we should have no reason to trust that this deal is in the best interest for regional stability or our own national security.  Instead, we have a bad deal with less sanctions and restrictions. Under this agreement, Iran will remain a major threat to the United States and our allies.”
