Chairman Mike Turner (OH-10) of the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Tactical Air and Land Forces, a member of the House Intelligence Committee and head of the U.S. Delegation to NATO Parliamentary Assembly, released the following statement on the U.S.’s missile attack with France and the U.K. in Syria:
“Assad’s barbaric regime continues to violate international rule of law. The attack with our allies last night was a necessary action to deter horrific chemical weapons attacks by the Syrian government against its own people.”
