Today, Congressman Mike Turner gave remarks at the International Assessment and Strategy Center’s luncheon on Capitol Hill. Turner, who is Chairman of the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Strategic Forces, focused on the need to counter efforts by the People’s Republic of China’s efforts to expand their nuclear stockpile and their continued construction of thousands of miles of underground tunnels dubbed the “Underground Great Wall.”
