. Congressman Mike Turner, (R)-3rd District, is trying to right a wrong when it comes to the missing money he claims is owed to hundreds of Delphi retirees.

The workers are salaried, white-collar workers that maintain their pensions and health care benefits disappeared while Delphi went through, then emerged, from a four-year bankruptcy process.

Our Constitution has provided the means and the structure for the United States and its citizens to achieve an unparalleled level of freedom, security, and prosperity for over two hundred years. .

In March, I voted against the government takeover of health care in part because it imposed over 500 billion dollars of additional taxes, fees, and costs on an already struggling economy. That half a trillion dollars is money that the federal government is going to take out of the economy from employers looking to create jobs and put people back to work. .
